Crossfields Institute Level 4 Diploma in Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Studies (EYE)
The training course was founded in 1993 by Lynne Oldfield. It is led and managed by qualified Waldorf practitioners supported by a team of highly experienced, subject specialist tutors. The course reflects the qualities and intention of Waldorf education with an emphasis upon building an inclusive and diverse community of learning, through a holistic and integrated curriculum. The qualification is Ofqual-regulated and awarded by Crossfields Institute.
This course, based in the heart of London, provides students with the skills to become an accredited Level 4 early years practitioner over two years.
There is then a further option to proceed to a Level 5 qualification.

We regret that due to low student numbers the Level 5 course will not be running 2024-2025. We are confident that the Level 5 will resume from September 2025.
N.B. It may be necessary to increase fees in future years as costs rise. At least 12 weeks’ notice will be given of any changes.
Monthly instalments can be requested.
Interest free loans, with flexible repayment options, are available for the second and third year of Level 4 tuition from the Godparents Anthroposophical Training Fund (GATF).
